Who actually pays for SecurityX?

Only agencies and employers. Officers never pay — creating a profile, getting verified, and finding work is free. Corporations never pay — searching the directory and verifying guards is free. Agencies pay per booked workday.

How is my tier determined?

By your average weekly workdays. At month's end we calculate your 4-week average, and the matching rate applies automatically to the following month.

What if my usage changes significantly?

That's the point of usage-based pricing. Book more and you move to a cheaper per-day rate; book less and you move back up the following month. Always your actual usage — never a plan you've outgrown.

When am I charged?

Each time a workday is completed, the charge is deducted from your account balance. Usage and balance are visible in your dashboard in real time.

What's the subcontractor charge?

$15, once, per subcontractor hired through SecurityX. It covers their verification and is never charged again.

How does auto-reload work?

When your balance drops below $50, we reload it with your chosen amount from your saved payment method. Enable or disable it anytime.

Can I get my unused funds back?

Yes — close your account and the remaining balance is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
